    You have 14 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase from Velour. We do not off a free returns label so this will be at customers expense. 

    • The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. 

    • The items must be unworn and unwashed.

    • The items must be returned in original packaging.

    If you receive a faulty item please return to us within 30 days. make sure you have your receipt of the faulty goods. Contact the team via, instagram or via email 

    Refunds

    • We Only offer a refund to customers if the item is faulty.
    • Please contact the team within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • UK orders

    Standard uk delivery is recorded and tracked and costs £3.99  taking 3-5 uk working days. 1-2 day delivery costs £5.00 and orders over £65 are free. To receive sooner please place your order before 3pm or your item(s) will be shipped the next working day.

    EU orders

    Shipping to European countries costs £8 for standard delivery which takes 5-6 working days. a tracked option is also available which costs £13.50 and takes 3-5 days to deliver. Free delivery on orders over £90. custom taxes will be payed at the customers expense.
